Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 24, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, CASA BEVERLY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 198, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2001 W DE LEON ST APT 3, TAMPA, FL 33606; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on March 8th, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
