NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated January 6th, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-008553 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and CAMILLE BARNES; JUANA M. BARNES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ROOM 202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on February 21st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 9, DEL RIO ESTATES UNIT NO. 11, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
