NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated January 9th, 2012, and entered in 29-2009-CA-026470 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA, is the Plaintiff and TRAM HUA; CROSBY CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ROOM 202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on February 21st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 3 OF CROSBY CROSSINGS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAE 88-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBORUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
