NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25th, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-014730 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein RESI WHOLE LOAN VI LLC, is a Plaintiff and YIZENIA LUGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YIZENIA LUGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, In Room 202, In The George Edgecombe Building, 2nd Floor Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10:00am on April 30th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 64 FEET OF THE WEST 104 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 4, REVISED MAP OF WATROUS GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 7911 N ROME AVE, TAMPA, FL 33604.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
