NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-027057 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and PAUL TONEY is Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 9 day of March, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13 in Block A, of Heather Lakes Unit XII, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 64, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
