NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-007277 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, Pat Frank the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL at 10:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2012 at the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 707, THE PARKSIDE OF ONE BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14991, PAGE 1645 AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 256 BOTH of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
