NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment dated April 20, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-026998, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and MANUEL ORTIZ; ELLEN ORTIZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTATIONS SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 pm o'clock on the 6th day of March, 2012 in Room 202 in the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
