NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012, and entered in 2010-CA-001344-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES N. GANTNER JR.; ANTONETTE M. GANTNER; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 01, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2199 BEACON WOODS COACHWOOD VILLAGE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 70-72 OFFICIAL RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
