NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to that certain Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25th, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-002108 DIV. H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA D/B/A/ NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff, and William Madsen; Denise A. Madsen; Unknown Tenant(s); and Sundance Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 202, in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on March 8th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
The West 1/2 of Lot 15, Block E-3, Unit IV of Sundance Subdivision, a plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 82-9 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. This parcel to measure 177' on Surrey Trail and 185' on rear property line.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
