NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008652ES (J4), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the JENNIFER ALZATE; EFRAIN ALZATE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EFRAIN ALZATE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER ALZATE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of February, 2012, 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM pursuant to judgment or order of the Court and Chaper 45, Florida Statutes. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
