LOT 28, BLOCK 2, MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ENTITLED “SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 17, PHASE 1 & 2”, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11420 VILLAGE BROOK DR , RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on March 5th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
