NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-019852 DIV. A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, BRIAN CUNNINGHAM, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, ROOM 202, Tampa, Florida 33602 at the hour of 10:00am on the 5th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 6, BLOCK 8, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 2 PHASES 3,4, & 5 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
