NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-002972 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 27 day of February, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK “F”, TAMPA'S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT 3, FOREST HILLS ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
