NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2012, and entered in 29-2010-CA-006760 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL DIAZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL DIAZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; FLORIDA CLERK OF COURT are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00PM on March 07, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 885, BELMONT HEIGHTS NUMBER 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
