NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010293WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MAGRIPLIS, NIKOLAOS, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 2823, BEACON SQUARE UNIT 21-C 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 72-73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
