Soares are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on March 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 31, BALLANTRAE VILAGE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
