NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002855 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ERIC E. WOJCIK; JENNIFER M. WOJCIK; NATIONAL CITY BANK; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 286, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT SIX, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 73 THROUGH 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
