NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgmentof Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-008732 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and RIGOBERTO PATINO GIRALDO; ADRIANA TRIANA; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); NEWCASTLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

D7-201, NEWCASTLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1489, PAGE 528, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
