Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-3959 of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 434, St. Croix at Pelican Marsh, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3776, pages 2841 through 2974, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with Garage G03-09
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
