NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001855, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DEVIN GARDNER A/K/A DEVIN L. GARDNER A/K/A DEVIN GORDON, DONALD GARDNER, BROOK PINES OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 101-C, BROOK PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to that certain Dedaratlon of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1503, Pages 924 through 1018, inclusive, as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1536, pages 758 through 762, and Second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded In O.R. Book 1567, pages 654 through 656, all Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with all appurtenances thereto; including an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
