notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010158 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the holders of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Chad Craig, Indigo Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
