NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007873 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA3 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH HUGHES; SUSAN HOFFMAN; MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MILDRED MARMOLEJOS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5-103 OF MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3919, PAGE 2136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
