THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 26, AND THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 26, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 101 AND 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 400 15TH ST. NW, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
