NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned matter, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as: Florida Alcoholic Beverage License Number 21-03004, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 .m. on February 27, 2012, in the atrium, on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
