NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037812-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALICIA N DELA CRUZ, VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, DEMETRIO V DELA CRUZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 16th day of March 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, OF VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-6 (CHAMPLAIN), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, AT PAGE(S) 52, 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
