NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-021086-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and NABIL MESFIOUI, ORCHARD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NABIL MESFIOUI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 16th day of March 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 OF ORCHARD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 139 THROUGH 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
