LOT 11, BLOCK 12, ORWIN MANOR WESTMINSTER SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
