NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2011-CA-002357-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 8th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk. realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 2, building 3, of the estates at park central condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8662, page 3767, public records of orange county, florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
