NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008009, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and FRANCISCO ARREOLA SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO ARREOLA SANTIAGO IF ANY; JOHN DOE 1; JANE DOE 1; JOHN DOE 2 AND; JANE DOE 2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 36, BLOCK G, LA SELVA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
