NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 027040 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERTA ROMEU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA ROMEU IF ANY; MARIA CLAUDIA PANELLA; GEORGE W. POLADIAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; INDEPENDENCE TOWNHOMES I ASSOCIATION, INC.; VIC'S PAINTING, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 132, SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 37, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
