Unit Week 34 in Unit 1, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
COUNT III - DENNIS JAMES DAVIES
Unit Week 4 in Unit 79, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.

Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
