PRIVATE DWELLING NO. 11-3, PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3020, PAGE 1699, AND FURTHER DESRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 11-13, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON PROPERTY AND COMMON PROPERTY DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE PRIVATE DWELLING.

Palmetto Park Rd, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the West Orange Times.
