Final Judgment was awarded on August 31, 2009 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006161, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY LOAN TRUST 2006-NC2, is the plaintiff and WILLIAM E. TOTH AND LARA H. TOTH, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on 1 day of March, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 30 & 31, Block 1886, Unit 45, Part 1, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 21, pages 135 through 150, inclusive, public records of Lee County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
