YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, to wit;
LOT 5, BLOCK 109, UNIT 12, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 181, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as: 3211 29TH ST SW, Lehigh Acres, FL 3971.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602 on or before day of 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
