FALK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRETCHEN A. FALK; CROUCH PROPERTIES, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
