Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed January 27, 2012, in Case No. 11-CA-052437, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which FLORIDA GULF BANK is the Plaintiff and KENDALL M. HATCHER a/k/a MARK HATCHER; and TRACI L. HATCHER a/k/a TRACI M. HATCHER, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on February 29, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Unit 30-107, of VILLAGIO, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4253, Page 4271, as amended in Official Records Book 4253, Page 4397, and as further amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
