NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10 CA 005141 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CARIBBEAN BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., etc., is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT M.
