unit 713, of island cove of cape coral, phase 7, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 4408, at page 1715, of the public records of lee county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with the exclusive right to use parking space number 713, as depicted in said declaration, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements, pursuant to the terms of said declaration
and commonly known as 1793 FOUR MILE COVE PKWY UNIT #713, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on February 27, 2012.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
