NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-014401 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2006-oa11, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-oa11, is Plaintiff, and oscar cedeno, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOTS 57 AND 58, BLOCK 4002, UNIT 55 CAPE CORAL, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92 THROUGH 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
