NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-022457 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee for harborview 2006-4 trust fund, is Plaintiff, and don carlson, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23rd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2908, BUILDING NO. 29, OF VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CLERKS INSTRUMENT #2006000027321, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
