NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-065910, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association as trustee for rasc 2006ks6 is Plaintiff and william j. lineberger; JACQUELINE LINEBERGER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
CHARLIE GREEN, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 1 day of March, 2012 , on www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
the west half of lot 1, block 35, unit 9, section 23, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 15, page 34, and deed book 254, page 55, public records of lee county, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
