NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059788 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Malcolm Cornell; Elizabeth Cornell, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 35 & 36, Block 1996, Unit 28, Cape Coral, a Subdivision according to the Plat or Map thereof described in Plat Book 14, at Pages 101-111, of public records of Lee County , Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
