NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs filed October 6, 2008, entered in Case No. 08-CA-481, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DUEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA1, is the Plaintiff and, MARIELA BUSTAMANTE et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m., on March 1, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
