lot 20, block c, wildwood subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida. in plat book 10, page 54.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
