Aubrecht, deceased, whose date of death was December 30, 2011, and whose social security number is XXX-XX-4879, File No. 12-CP-000198, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2075 Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Ft. Myers, Florida 33901. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
