NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on 3/1/2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Smartcar Services Inc. dba AAMCO Transmissions 25090 Bernwood Dr Bonita, FL 34135-7900 the following vehicle will be sold for $3,803.04 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2002 Ford F150 VIN# 2FTRX17222CA92630. Pursuant to F.S. 713.585 the cash amount of $3,803.04 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. 559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
