I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, http://www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 AND 30, BLOCK 5505, UNIT 91, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 88 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
