Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 247, Building 17, KELLY GREENS VERANDAS CONDOMINIUM VI, and the undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of Declaration of Condominium of KELLY GREENS VERANDAS CONDOMINIUM VI, as recorded in Official Records Book 2119, Page 1505 through 1565, inclusive, and as amended, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on March 7, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
