NORTH, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 28 of SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 58 thorugh 68, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
