Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 53, Building J, BOCILLA ISLAND CLUB WEST, PHASE 1, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 2286, Page 2925 and amended by Instrument recorded in O.R. Book 2590, Page 3654, O.R. Book 2599, Page 3654 Public Records of Lee County, Florida and undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in the Declaration of Condominium.
At public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on March 30, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
